What do I do if my box is delayed?

If you have not received a confirmation for your box within 2-3 business days from the time you have Return Notified or purchased all 3 items, please contact us 24 hours a day by email at support@haverdash.com and we will respond between the hours of Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET. You can also call us at 866-445-1623. Our regular phone support hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET.
